Saturday & Sunday: 1 female Fitness and Boxing instructor & and 1 male Krav Maga instructor.
- 9:30am: welcome.
- 10 - 10:45am: Fitness workout session.
- 10:45 - 11am: break time.
- 11am - 12:30pm: Boxing drills.
- 12:30 - 1:15pm: lunch.
- 1:15 - 3:00pm: Krav Maga
- 3:00 - 3:15pm break time
- 3:15 - 4:30pm Krav Maga
- 4:30 - 5:00pm stress drills.
- 5:00 - 5:30pm: debriefing

What it takes:
- Your lunch and snacks for the two days.
- A water bottle.
- Wear comfortable clothes and bring a towel and several T-shirts.
- Clean inside shoes.
- No martial arts background necessary.
- The need to get out of your comfort zone and a 100% physical commitment.
- 28 years old +
- No recent injuries or health issues.
- No criminal record.
We reserve the right to refuse admittance to class if a student is at risk of injuring themselves or others.
